Terms of Use

1. Course Access & Completion Deadline You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete all modules and submit your final requirements for certification. After 6 months, your access to the course material and instructor support will expire.

• Note: Extensions may be granted at our discretion and may be subject to an additional administrative fee.

2. Certification Requirements To receive your certificate, you must complete all lessons, pass any required quizzes, and submit your final teaching practicum (video assignments) for review. Completion of the course material does not automatically guarantee certification; you must demonstrate proficiency in the techniques taught.

3. Safety & Liability Waiver Paddleboard yoga involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health and assume all responsibility for your safety during practice. We are not liable for any injuries sustained while practicing or teaching the techniques provided in this training.

4. Equipment & Environment You are responsible for providing your own equipment (board, paddle, PFD, anchor) and ensuring a safe water environment for your practice sessions. All training should be performed in accordance with local water safety laws.

5. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of this training and the immediate access to proprietary sequences and manuals, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the course has been accessed.

6. Professional Conduct We reserve the right to remove any student from the program who engages in harassment or unprofessional behavior within the course community or live Zoom sessions.
